Whether we’re camouflaging ourselves with face paint, exploring the woods, making dens, playing games or having a campfire – you can be assured a woodland party will be remembered by kids and parents alike for many years to come.
We take safety seriously
Green Fox Wild Crafts is covered by public liability insurance, our party leaders are level 3 Forest School trained, DBS checked and first aid qualified. Green Fox Wild Crafts has permission from the owners at Lupine Woods to deliver activities on council sites and we pay relevant site hire fees to do so. All activities are risk assessed and the safety of attendees is paramount.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Woodland parties take place in all weathers with the exception of very high winds. In rare circumstances we may need to reschedule parties as a result of severe weather conditions causing safety issues. We will contact you if this is likely to be problem at your party and try and find an alternative date.
Because bookings for parties are often made well in advance it is hard to fill slots at short notice. Therefore if you cancel your party with us the following refund policy applies:
- Parties are non refundable
In extreme cases there may be exceptions made to this refund policy.
